ENOUGH?

Fashion Film

Concept

This project explores emotional hunger and the quiet ways people try to cope with feelings they don't fully understand. It follows a woman who appears composed on the outside, but privately turns to repetition and control to manage what she cannot sit with. Through fashion and performance, the film reflects how external composure can mask internal discomfort, revealing how the body often expresses what the mind chooses to suppress.

The Styling

Sharp tailoring, structured outer layers, and diamonds create the image of someone who appears confident, controlled, and complete. As the film progresses, each layer is removed, from coat to shirt to bodysuit, gradually exposing vulnerability beneath the polished exterior. The black-and-white palette reflects the internal conflict between impulse and control, while red emerges as a symbol of hunger, bringing the emotional emptiness beneath the surface into view.

The Psychology

When emotional needs are ignored, people often find ways to distract themselves from what they are feeling. In this film, food becomes a coping mechanism rather than nourishment. Eating is used to fill loneliness, emptiness, and unresolved emotions. The body becomes full, but the emotional void remains.

The Archetype

The Performer. Someone who looks composed, successful, and in control, but relies on routines, appearances, and distractions to avoid confronting what they truly feel. They keep filling the space around them so they never have to face the emptiness within.
